Check-in & Check-out

1 Is there 24-hour reception?

Yes. Our reception team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — for check-in, check-out, local recommendations and any need during your stay. For the fastest response at any hour, contact us via WhatsApp.

2 Can I check out later than noon?

Yes! Late check-out is available subject to availability. See the exact fees in our Additional Services section. We recommend requesting it at least the night before so we can confirm availability.

3 Is it possible to check out in the early morning?

Yes, early morning check-outs are possible thanks to our 24-hour reception. Just let us know your departure time in advance so we can prepare your invoice and coordinate key return. If you need to leave before 6:00 AM, we recommend settling your balance the night before.

During Your Stay

1 Can you change my towels?

Towel changes are available upon request. If you need a replacement during your stay, please contact reception. Note that replacement charges apply for lost or damaged items — see our Additional Services section for the full list.

2 How many visitors can I bring?

You can have visitors during the day up to the maximum capacity of your suite. For example, if you’re in a suite for 2 guests, you may receive 1–2 daytime visitors. Overnight guests beyond the registered capacity require prior authorization and may incur additional charges. Always check with reception to stay within policy.

3 What is the visitor policy?

Each suite has a registered guest capacity. You may receive visitors during the day (until 10:00 PM). Overnight visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted without prior authorization. A visitor supplement applies for guests who stay beyond the registered capacity — speak to reception to arrange this properly.

1 Can you recommend a nearby restaurant for dinner?

El Poblado has some of Medellín’s best dining within a short walk. Some favorites near us: Carmen (upscale Colombian), Herbario (plant-based fine dining), El Social (Colombian classics with a modern twist) and countless great spots on Provenza street. Ask our reception team — they update their recommendations regularly based on guest feedback.

2 Where can I order food delivery?

El Poblado is one of the best-covered zones for food delivery in Medellín. You can order through Rappi, iFood or Domicilios.com — all deliver directly to our address. Just use our building address when placing your order and notify reception so we can receive it for you if you’re not in the suite.

3 Where is the nearest currency exchange?

There are several reliable currency exchange offices (casas de cambio) in El Poblado, approximately 10–15 minutes away on foot near Parque Lleras and Avenida El Poblado. We recommend using established, registered exchange offices and avoiding street exchanges. Our team can point you to the most convenient option from your suite.

1 How do I make a reservation?

The easiest way is directly through our website using the Book Now button — it connects to our live availability calendar. You can also contact us via WhatsApp for personalized assistance. Booking directly always guarantees you the best available rate with no OTA commissions.

2 Can I pay with US dollars?

We accept payment in Colombian pesos (COP) at reception. While some businesses in El Poblado may accept USD informally, our standard policy is to charge in COP. We recommend exchanging your dollars at a registered casa de cambio or using an international debit/credit card for the best rates.

The Suites

1 Do you have laundry service?

We do not have an on-site laundry facility. However, there are several laundry and dry-cleaning services within walking distance of the building. Our reception team can recommend the closest and most convenient options during your stay.

2 Do the suites have an iron and hair dryer?

Yes. All suites are equipped with an iron and ironing board. Hair dryers are available upon request at reception at no extra cost — just ask and we’ll bring it to your suite.

3 Do you allow pets?

Yes, we are pet friendly! A one-time pet supplement of COP $150,000 applies per stay. We ask that pets are kept off the furniture and that you let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare your suite. A cleaning fee of COP $50,000 may also apply.
